Legal Terms and Conditions
King Johnnie presents these Terms and Conditions to set out the legal framework that governs access to and use of our platform. This page explains the obligations of account holders, the eligibility criteria for participation, and the principles that guide deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and dispute resolution. By using our services you enter into a contractual relationship with us and agree to comply with the rules below. Readers should review these terms carefully and refer to account notifications or communications for any updates or required verification steps.
Account responsibilities
Account holders must provide accurate personal information when registering and keep credentials secure. Multiple accounts are not permitted and account sharing is prohibited. Promptly report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to our support team. Where identity verification is required, users must submit valid ID and proof of address; delays in verification may affect withdrawals and access to some features. Failure to comply with verification requests may lead to account restriction or closure.
Eligibility requirements
Use of the platform is limited to persons who meet legal age requirements and who are located in jurisdictions where our services are permitted. Minors and residents of restricted countries are not eligible to create accounts. Responsibility for ensuring lawful participation rests with the user; we may block or restrict accounts where local law or our licence prohibits play. Geographic restrictions and excluded-country lists are published in our terms and must be observed.
Acceptable use of the service
Services must be used in a lawful and non-disruptive manner. Prohibited behaviour includes collusion, use of automated tools, abuse of bonuses, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or platform functions. Users must not impersonate others or provide false documentation. Breaches of acceptable use may result in suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Bonus and promotion rules
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms which set eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum bets and game contribution rates. General principles require that bonuses be used only by the intended recipient, that wagering conditions are met within stated timeframes, and that excluded games are respected. Abuse or exploitation of promotions allows us to void bonuses and recover associated winnings. Detailed bonus conditions accompany each offer and form part of these Terms.
Deposits and withdrawals
Funds may be deposited and withdrawn using approved payment methods; minimums and processing times vary by method. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks and may be delayed until identification, source-of-funds or other compliance documentation is provided. Transaction limits, fees and currency options applicable to Australian users are displayed in the banking section of accounts. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions that breach these Terms or applicable law.
Dispute handling
Complaints should be raised via our customer support channels in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge and investigate disputes promptly and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Where an issue cannot be resolved directly, users may refer the matter to our licensing authority for further review in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Decisions will be based on account records, implemented rules and supporting evidence.
Updates to the terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes, product updates or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated through account notifications or email. Continued use of the service after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version and for complying with any new obligations or limits introduced.
